About our  Live In Studio Yoga Classes​​

• ​Preregistration is REQUIRED.

• Each class cost $20 per person.  ​

​

• You can purchase a single class, a 5 class pass, a 10 class pass. or a monthly membership. See pricing page for details.

• Each class has a focus.  Please check the schedule page to see the focus or any changes. 

​

• ​Classes are one hour long unless specified.  

​

• Limit of 15 participants to allow for social distancing. We follow strict Covid-19 guidelines respecting social distancing and cleanliness.​

​

• What to bring: mat, blocks, strap, towel and water bottle (we will not be supplying equipment in the studio at this time) ​

• PLEASE listen to your body and only do as much as you can. Work at your own pace.​​​​​​
