Try this supported reclined butterfly pose if you need a stretch and a moment to relax and you only have 5 minutes.
1- Get 1 bolster or 2 blocks and rest your upper back and head on it.
2- Bring the soles of the feet together inviting the knees to soften towards the floor.
3- Open the arms relaxing the hands as palms face up.
4- Close the eyes and take 10 slow paced breaths. Inhaling through the nose until you feel you are at full capacity and exhaling through the mouth with slow control until fully empty.
This pose can help as a quick fix to relax the body and mind. Try practicing it on the floor. The firmness of the floor is very therapeutic to the body.
